Shipment

How are the products shipped?

Our products are securely packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes and shipped via reliable courier services. We prioritize eco-friendly materials and avoid using plastic in our packaging.

How long does delivery take?

For addresses within the EU, delivery typically takes 2-5 working days after payment is received and the order dispatched. For international orders, delivery times may vary. Please contact our customer service for more detailed information.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for orders over €100 in most countries. However, the threshold for free shipping may vary depending on the destination country. For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat rate of €9.80 applies to most countries. Please check our shipping policy page for specific details related to your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the European Union. Please contact our customer support team, and we might be able to arrange shipping to other locations as well.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and credit card

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Can I view the status of my order?

You can view the status of your orderin your customer account. We will also send you an order confirmation and, as soon as the order has been shipped, an email with the link for tracking the shipment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.

Where can I find my invoice?

Invoices are sent as PDF files to your registered email address upon order confirmation.

What materials are used in your products?

Our products are made using advanced 3D printing technology with biodegradable PLA plastic and PET-G, ensuring both durability and sustainability. For more information check out the Materials & Manufacturing page.

Are the products waterproof?

While our planters and vases are designed for aesthetic appeal, we provide waterproof inserts for those intended to hold water.

How should I care for my Loffa Design products? 

Clean your products gently with a damp cloth. Avoid exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight to maintain their structure.

Colors & Customization

What color options are available?

Our products come in a range of colors inspired by contemporary trends. Check individual product pages for available options.

Do you offer custom designs?

Currently, we do not offer custom designs, but our customer service team can assist with creative solutions using existing product options.

Exchange & Complaints

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for products in their original condition. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return or exchange.

Return or Exchange the product

The product should be returned to us in its original condition. If possible, please also use the original packaging. Please contact our customer service in advance and announce the return or let us know whether you would like an exchange.

Even if there is something to complain about and you therefore want to return the vase, we will of course be happy to help.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our customer service immediately for assistance.

I recived an incorrect order

Be sure to contact our customer service. We will then arrange everything else for the exchange.

The order has not arrived

After the vase has been shipped, we will send you a link to track your shipment. In most cases this will shed some light on the matter, but unfortunately in some cases it ends up in the spam folder. Just to be on the safe side, take a look there.

Of course, you can send us a message or call us at any time if you haven't received the delivery. We will then search for it together with you and take the necessary steps in the event of loss.

Currently Loffa Design is exclusively an online shipping company for 3D products.
